“We will provide you with a well-supported, personalised service all the way, while achieving a fair and respectful separation outcome.” - Susan Crain

Introduction:

If you are struggling right now, we get it, and please know you are not alone. Separation Support Network grew from our clients needs to get a more comprehensive, time efficient, affordable one stop solution. They also often report feeling isolated, frustrated and frightened and genuinely needed a hug through the tough process.

You've got this

It is extremely difficult to find out how and where to get the help you and your family need and what options are really available, beyond going down the expensive court route. Many of our clients are not eligible for Legal Aid, but are then forced to spend a large portion of their savings and superannuation on large legal bills, which could often be avoided or reduced significantly. Many of our clients using our service have reduced their potential legal bill by 50% and have advised us that their family was a lot less stressed and better supported through our process.

We have helped our clients from the outset when they are weighing up the options of whether to leave or have just entered the separation maze, right through to the post-divorce stages. The range of services and assistance we have provided our clients is diverse. We have helped all family members with counselling through the whole process and beyond, communicating with the children and their partners and family about separating, helping to deal with conflict, mediation, guidance on their safe exit before leaving and staying safe throughout the process,  dealing with the banks, accountants, mortgage brokers and lawyers, gathering and preparing necessary documentation, completing draft forms, discussing child support options, domestic violence and child abuse protection options.

After assisting with the divorce application process, we also assist in many other ways including helping with updating family documents such as wills, transfer of assets, conveyancing, stress management,  life coaching to help set the goals for the next chapter and assisting with job applications (resume and interview assistance).

Our services are all conveniently located on line which means they are accessible for all Australians (metro, country and remote areas). We can arrange translators.

I know this time is stressful and it seems overwhelming but please remember, as difficult as it may be to envisage right now, there is a life after separation. We will provide you with a well-supported, personalised service all the way, whilst achieving a fair and respectful separation outcome. It is so rewarding to see our clients emerge through the process and the growth and empowerment they experience.

We are genuinely here to get you through it.

You’ve Got This! We’ve got you. x
